Well, Brown, since I wouldn't have a clue if you'll read this or not, or whether you'll actually add Jenn and I as admin on your blog, I thought I might give you the directions anyway.
First, you go to "Settings" up the top of the things, then "Permissions", the furthest on the right. Click it (duh). You click "Add an Author", and write in that persons' email address, and invite them to write. I think you can also make them administrators, giving them access to the layout. Anyway, I hope that helped...and that you were serious (:
